Deliveries within the UK will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail 1st Class. All overseas delivery charges will be applied upon checkout.
If goods are in stock they will be dispatched on the following working day, but please allow up to seven days for your order to arrive.
If the products are not in stock items can take up to 28 days to make and dispatch.
Delivery times will be confirmed on receipt of your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
The customer has 7 days to cancel from date of order.
If you change your mind or goods are faulty please notify Blaze Studio within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Items should be returned within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition. The goods should be appropriately packaged with the order number and customer details.
The return postage is at your own expense unless goods are faulty.
Please obtain proof of postage.
Blaze Studio is not responsible for returned items which fail to be delivered.
